From the outset you will find us focused on the detail, determined to make a difference to the recruitment and retention of your staff.
Your service will be led by your own Chief Medical Officer and Customer Services Manager, who will work with you to ensure the smooth running of your occupational health programme.
We will tailor a service to suit you and we will train our staff to think as if they were one of yours. We like to meet with you on a regular basis and are constantly looking for feedback and benchmarking the effectiveness of your service against others.
You make referrals directly onto our online line case tracking platform, and we take care of it every step from there.
You can log in and track your cases and see how they are progressing. Our advice to you will always be clear and unambiguous, and you will have a dedicated clinician who is always happy to discuss your cases over the phone.
