Peripatetic OHA - Full Time

The objective is to deliver a high quality and consistent occupational health service to existing and new clients:

  • Effective provision of OH medical services to the organisation
  • Case Management of short, medium and long term absence cases, both face to face and on the telephone, including return to work rehabilitation programmes and support
  • Triaging cases to the OH Physician as appropriate
  • Screening Pre Employment Questionnaires indicating pre medicals if required
  • Health Education and promotion including workshops, presentations and activities to encourage well-being within the employee group
  • Carrying out Work Station Assessments as required by clients on an ad hoc basis, producing reports and recommendations in line with HML procedures
  • Health Surveillance for employees within appropriate comparable exposed worker groups 
  • Travel Advice for Overseas deployment

Bid Manager

We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join our tender team at our Head Office in East Sussex.

The main purpose of this role is to deliver a consistent, high quality response to new enquiries, PQQs, tenders and proposals to facilitate and maximise a further increase in our new business acquisition. The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:

  • Responsible for structuring, creation and completion of tender responses or direct sales proposals
  • Preparation and writing of tender responses to include liaison with prospective clients, contract pricing and the preparation of full tender responses
  • Manage the creation of service design working closely with the account manageemnt and clinical teams
  • Prepare presentations, other supporting documentation and information required for sales meetings held at Client or HML premises and to present / attend such meetings as required
  • On occasion, implement new contracts from point of sale.

Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following experience:

  • Extensive experience in the production & delivery of tender documents and presentations to clients (ideally within a healthcare related environment)
  • Proven track record of sales and account management within a specialised/technical industry
  • Experience of creating and working with complex pricing models
  • Experience of working closely with internal and external stake holders to ensure 'buy in' and accuracy of information.

I.T Systems and Support Manager

The main purpose of this role is to plan, build, maintain and support the Company's IT systems in a commercially effective and secure manner and to manage and support the IT Support & Infrastructure team operating in a VMWare/Citrix/Microsoft environment.

Candidates will need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong technical skills and proven track record, especially VMWare/Citrix/Microsoft/Dell PS Series Storage Arrays/HP Switches.
  • Strong management skills and ability to create and achieve team goals without supervision.
  • Ability to prioritise incoming workload effectively and plan forward based on collected metrics and business needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in plain English to all levels of staff, both verbally and in written format.

Customer Service Manager (Account Manager)

The role of the Account Manager is responsible for the management and development of existing clients (please note that this is a client management role, not a sales role). The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Representing the Company to prospective clients and implementing new contracts from point of sale including:
  • Ensuring that the level of service is appropriate to size and needs of each client.
  • Ensuring that all clients have appropriate and correct documentation including service agreements, user manuals and forms.
  • The delivery of a contact strategy appropriate to each client.
  • Managing and building client relationships including:
  • Carrying out regular reviews of fees and services
  • Provision and presentation of regular management information.
  • Investigation and resolution of any client issues.
  • Developing services provided and introducing appropriate additional services
