A typical OH service will cost you about £10-20 per head, per annum and should be generating a return on investment of 5-15x.  We tend to find that our client's absence rates reduce by 10-30% in the first years of moving to HML, and that their spend on OH consequently falls by c.10% in the second year and c.20% in the third.
